The William Henry Belk Conference Center, our main meeting location, accommodates up to 85 people. This large room, which can be divided into two smaller spaces, is a versatile setting for meetings and events of all types. Its beautiful, hand-crafted stained glass windows add warmth and serenity while our modern meeting technology provides the functionality that most groups desire.

Many guests are intrigued by the six stained glass windows that adorn a wall in the conference center. They were designed by noted North Carolina architect Charles Boney Sr., who was a longtime member of the William Black Lodge and Retreat Center Board of Trustees. Each window tells a story.
