Hold a Meeting

William Black Lodge offers opportunities for groups to gather and grow in an intimate retreat center nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We provide meeting support services, with a personal touch, for groups ranging in size from 8 to 75. As a small retreat center, we specialize in flexibility. Our goal is to meet your needs, helping you plan and implement a retreat, meeting, or event that is a great experience for your group.   Meeting spaces are generally included for groups of 15+ persons staying at the lodge.   Day rates for groups not staying at the lodge are below.

The William Henry Belk Chapel, our main meeting location, accommodates up to 75 people.

This large room, which can be divided into two smaller spaces, is a versatile setting for meetings and events of all types. Its beautiful, hand-crafted stained glass windows add warmth and serenity while our modern meeting technology provides the functionality that most groups desire. Tables and chairs can be set-up in a variety of configurations.
