The William Black Lodge is known for its delicious, buffet-style meals. Most guests book rooms on the American plan, which includes three meals daily. We make most of our own bread and desserts on-site. Our kitchen staff is renowned for its creations, including homemade yeast rolls, biscuits and specialty desserts, including carrot cake and Italian crème cake.
If a group or an individual has special dietary needs, we usually can accommodate them with advance notice.
We do not serve alcohol at the William Black Lodge, but guests are welcome to bring wine to serve in the living room around the fireplace or with dinner.
